A dream penthouse in Vienna

Move

In the heart of Neubau, Vienna’s seventh district - renowned for its signature bars, independent ateliers, and vibrant creative scene - three historic penthouses have been transformed into contemporary sanctuaries where sophistication meets the heritage of Habsburg facades.

The project was designed by FADD Architects of Naples, the studio founded by Marco Acri, Antonio Di Foggia, and Fabrizio Fasolino, known for solutions that honor context, material integrity, and architectural clarity. The dramatic focal point of the renovation is the open-plan kitchen: a double-height space wrapped in seamless wooden paneling. At the center of the island stands Nobili’s Move mixer tap, chosen by the architects for its minimalist aesthetic and its ability to merge professional-grade ergonomics with formal purity.

The collaboration between FADD Architects and Nobili is rooted in shared values: 100% Italian research, a commitment to sustainability, and a desire to deliver a form of luxury built on intuitive everyday gestures and enduring materials. The result is a loft that captures Vienna’s vibrant spirit with elegance, offering its residents the freedom to move and create - just as the name of our design marvel suggests: Move.
