1. Data Collected and Purposes of Processing
Carlo Nobili Rubinetterie S.p.A. processes users' personal data for the following purposes:

These tools may collect information such as IP addresses, browsing behaviour and data on interactions with the website. Such data may be transferred to and processed outside the European Union in accordance with the safeguards provided for under the GDPR (Art. 46).
The use of these tools is subject to the user's consent, which may be given or withdrawn at any time via the cookie banner on the website.
5. Data Retention
Personal data is retained for the time strictly necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, and in any case no longer than required by law or by the legitimate interests of the controller.

Pursuant to Arts. 15–22 of the GDPR, users have the right to:

- Restriction of processing
