ABSOLUTE TECHNOLOGY

NOBILI WIDD® 2020 CARTRIDGE

The excellence of our research and development laboratories has produced the full-immersion Nobili Widd® 34-millimetre cartridge with axial movement, which can revolutionise the structure of traditional mixers by eliminating the side cartridge block and giving life to an extremely clear, streamlined profile.

TECHNOLOGICAL JEWEL

State-of-the-art technical features: plastic material in food-grade Ultem, gaskets in food-grade silicone, ceramic discs and internal dry-running movement parts without any limescale deposits, brass movement rod with that is orthogonal to the broach, opening with cold water, water hammer at 50 bar.

PURE MINIMALISM

The revolutionary Nobili Widd® 2020 axial cartridge defines an epoch-making change in the design of designer taps and fittings, allowing flow and temperature regulation and water outlet on the same axis, giving life to mixers characterised by essential lines and extreme stylistic minimalism.

TURNING ON WITH COLD WATER

The highest expression of technological research in the entire sector cannot fail to be sustainable. Opening the cold water supply directly avoids the unintentional switching on of the boiler and the release of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere: a voluntary and conscious gesture is required to operate the hot water.

ULTEM™ 2200

The shell of the Nobili Widd® 2020 cartridge was created in the Thermoplastic Moulding Department of the Nobili Technology Centre: it is made of Ultem™ 2200, a 20% glass fibre filled plastic polymer that gives greater rigidity while maintaining a high degree of elasticity and resistance. This material is used mainly in surgical or high-tech products.

MADE IN NOBILI

Each cartridge that equips our product is manufactured and assembled in the Nobili Technology Centre by fully automatic machinery. The inspection of each ceramic disc is carried out in person by our engineers. This improves the analysis of the disc and prevents it from being chipped by a mechanical clamp.
