The logistics apparatus is designed with only one objective: to improve the customer's experience of our brand on a daily basis. For this reason, we first built a huge storage warehouse, and then a fully automated shipping area, to ensure very fast delivery from the moment the order is placed.

STORAGE

After assembly, testing and packaging, each item is stored in the warehouse, an area that can hold over 1.24 million products. This apparatus, which is supported by a very advanced management system, optimises order processing times, significantly improving customer service.

SHIPPING

The product is ready to leave the company and start its journey to its destination. The area dedicated to back office activities is in the department. Here, staff manage customer data, order entry, assistance to the recipients of goods and customs procedures.
