This is the central stage of the production process, where all the semi-finished components coming from the adjacent departments are conveyed. Only after being assembled and tested, the product is ready to be branded as ours - our brand is a guarantee of absolute quality and a proud representative of Made in Italy.

CARTRIDGE ASSEMBLY

The assembly process starts from the heart of the mixer, a stage that is fully automated and controlled by strict compliance procedures: here, state-of-the-art machinery assembles on average 10,000 mixing cartridges every day, destined to bring our products to life.

PRODUCT ASSEMBLY

Highly qualified personnel assemble 2,600,000 items per year on 23 assembly lines, aided by sophisticated automated testing facilities and 20 product-marking laser stations for product branding, which are used after each product has passed all the strict quality controls.
