The individual components used to assemble the 50 cartridge models in production arrive at the department sorted according to process optimisation criteria: after a strict conformity check, they are deposited in special vibrators which, one at a time, slide them towards the production line. The Cartridge Assembly plant is made up of 6 fully automated work units: only the inspection of the ceramic discs, an essential internal component (responsible for the overall reliability of the mixer), is carried out visually under a special light by specialised operators, to prevent damage caused by a robotic gripper. The incredible production cycle of just 6 seconds allows for an average daily production of 10,000 cartridges: once inserted into the product assembly line, they will go to make our mixers.
