Sorgente Frizza & Bolle is the All-in-One system designed to dispense instantly mixed running water, boiling water at 99 °C and three types of filtered water: room temperature, chilled and chilled sparkling. Using the Nobili Sorgente App, you can choose the temperature and the amount of carbon dioxide in the water, as well as monitor the status of the system by checking the levels of consumables, such as cylinders and filters.

I have a child at home: is the mixer safe?
Sorgente Bolle is available in the electronic or mechanical version: in the electronic models, the boiling water dispensing (indicated by the red LED ring lighting up) begins and remains active as long as you press the knob, stopping when it is released to avoid accidental contact with high temperature water. The mixer features the “Pot filler” function, activated by a conscious gesture such as pressing the knob twice, which allows continuous hands-free boiling water dispensing (timed up to a maximum of 60 seconds, i.e. approximately 2.2 litres). Safety is at the highest levels in the mechanical version too: the "Child-lock" system (patented by Nobili) allows the device to be operated only through a combined extraction and rotation movement, making the task extremely complicated for a child. The mechanical versions also feature the “Pot filler” function, which allows continuous hands-free boiling water dispensing.
Does the system only work via apps?
No, the mixer can be controlled via the standard knobs. However, the Sorgente app allows you to extend the system functionality, for example by customising the amount of gas in the water.
Is it possible to temporarily turn off the boiler while keeping the other functions active?
No, since it is an all-in-one system, it is not possible to turn off the boiler alone.
What are the minimum installation requirements?
Thanks to its compact size, Sorgente Frizza & Bolle is generally installed under the sink, or in a space with the following minimum requirements: length 30 cm, depth 55 cm, height 49 cm.
What type of filtration does the system use?
The Gioia filter installed in Sorgente Frizza & Bolle improves the taste of the water: through its 5 filtration phases it reduces the presence of heavy metals and eliminates any harmful substances, including some microplastics, maintaining a correct mineral balance and a neutral pH of the water.
What is the capacity of the supplied filter?
The Gioia filter has a capacity of 1,700 litres. However, replacement once a year is recommended.
What is included in the kit?
In addition to the multifunction mixer, the kit includes the All-in-One device under the sink, the filter, the CO2 cylinder and the safety valve. Includes the necessary cables and connections for quick and easy installation.
How and when should I clean the system?
Sorgente Frizza & Bolle indicates when the system needs cleaning. Simply remove the filter, insert an alkaline pad and start the cleaning cycle, which lasts about 40 minutes: it keeps the device clean and performing correctly, avoiding any build up of impurities and thereby protecting the system.
Where can I buy system cleaning tablets?
Nobili suggests using the following tablets: "BEVI TAB AQUA" alkaline cleaning tablets
How do I buy the replacement filter?
Scan the QR code on the device and on the filter.
Can I use other filters with the system?
No, Sorgente Frizza & Bolle works only and exclusively with Nobili filters. In fact, the device recognises the type of filter installed using RFID technology.
What type of CO2 cylinder does the system use and where can I buy one?
The system supports CO2 cylinders with a 425 g ACME screw connection (about 60 litres of sparkling water) and is compatible with the standard cylinders available from major marketplaces.
What kind of warranty does the system come with?
The standard Nobili warranty applies to all the taps and the mixer. For the device under the sink, however, the warranty is 2 years from the date of purchase.
What is the energy consumption of the system?
Consumption may vary according to individual use. The maximum consumption is indicated in the system product sheet.
SWIFT AND SIMPLE INSTALLATION
Sorgente Frizza & Bolle is quick and easy to install: it does not necessarily require the intervention of specialised personnel and does not force you to revolutionise the area underneath your sink. The device combines everything you need to keep the footprint compact while freeing up space inside the cabinet: it fits in a compartment as small as 30 cm wide as it does not require ventilation on the sides but only at the back.
