Carlo Nobili S.p.A. bases its success on the adoption of practices that integrate technological innovation, environmental sustainability and social responsibility. Within the Technology Centre in Suno, the company has developed a fully integrated, increasingly advanced production cycle, designed to obtain maximum performance from its processes, minimizing environmental impact and ensuring extremely high standards of safety and well-being for all employees.

  • Reconciling economic development and environmental sustainability: reconciling the needs of economic development with the maintenance of safety requirements, always with the utmost attention to environmental protection.
  • Integrated management system: implement, document and always proactively maintain the integrated management system in accordance with the applicable environmental and safety regulatory requirements, as well as the reference standards UNI EN ISO 14001:2015 and UNI ISO 45001:2023.
  • Dissemination of the culture of safety and the environment: promote the culture of safety and environmental protection to all personnel, while at the same time improving the company's image towards the outside.
  • Sharing with interested parties: explain and share with all internal and external stakeholders, employees, collaborators, suppliers, customers, institutions and citizens, the management principles, objectives and results of the integrated management system.

  • Resource optimization: managing business activities to ensure an ever-improving relationship between the use of raw materials and production performance, optimizing energy consumption, reducing waste production, and increasing the use of eco-sustainable and recyclable materials where possible.
  • Climate change mitigation: paying increasing attention to climate change, working towards its mitigation, in order to protect biodiversity and ecosystems.
  • Risk prevention: committing to identifying, assessing and preventing risks to workers' health and safety, involving and consulting workers themselves, or their representatives, in decisions relating to the management of health and safety at work.
  • Staff awareness: constantly increasing the level of staff awareness and involvement, encouraging participation in system activities and applying the principle according to which every single contribution is valuable for continuous improvement.
  • Create safe working conditions, as well as a work environment that is attentive to the health of workers, by preventing accidents, studying near misses, analyzing incidents, and proposing and promoting activities aimed at ensuring a high level of health.

1. Energy efficiency: increase the energy efficiency of the production cycle by implementing advanced automation solutions, process optimization, fight against waste, energy recovery.

2. Fight against climate change: reduce CO2 emissions through energy efficiency and the use of renewable sources.

3. Waste reduction: reduce the production of special waste by optimizing the use of raw materials, increasing internal reuse and recycling of materials.

4. Water consumption: reduce the consumption of drinking water for production purposes through more conscious use and efficiency of reuse systems.

5. Eco-sustainable materials: ensure that an increasingly larger share of the materials used in production is eco-sustainable or recyclable.

6. Training and awareness: ensure that employees of employees receive continuous training on safety and sustainability issues.

7. Reporting: We are committed to monitoring, analyzing and communicating our activities through an annual sustainability report, prepared in accordance with the main international reporting standards and the obligations set out in the CSRD regulation.

Management Commitments
The Management undertakes to make adequate resources and means available to achieve the objectives set, in terms of economic and financial resources, expertise, equipment and information. Periodic checks will be carried out to monitor the implementation of the policy and its adequacy, adopting any corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement.
