A greatness as simple as a walk in the park: the creator of the iconic Signor Rossi meets the Nobili world.
A collection of tapware that wants to interact in a new dimension with a furnishing project coordinated with furniture, wall coverings and accessories: the formal synthesis of Dress thus qualifies as a dress in an infinite number of colours and finishes. This is how the Tuscan designer Nilo Gioacchini describes his project, and the idea of presenting the collection through a "Live Painting" event at the Salone del Mobile 2016, held directly in our stand, was born from the same premise. It aimed to conceptually highlight the almost infinite possibilities of customisation.
Six internationally renowned Italian illustrators (Simone Massoni, Chiara Dattola, Martoz, Francesco Poroli, Giordano Poloni and Anna Pirolli) decorated three products from the collection (traditional wash basin, bowl wash basin and wall-mounted wash basin) every day, live among the public, totally free to express their art during Design Week. The event, organised by Nobili with the collaboration of Illustri (Italy's most important association of illustrators), turned every single product into a true work of art. Uniqueness is the watchword of the event, which is reflected in the craftsmanship of the artists and in a product, Dress, that is intended to be a "unique piece" in the homes of our customers.
