EUROPÄISCHE ABDECKUNG UND GEWÄHRLEISTUNGSERWEITERUNG

All products manufactured by Carlo Nobili S.p.A. Rubinetterie are subject to controls at each stage of the production process and are guaranteed for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase, 2 years of European warranty plus 3 years of free extension offered by Nobili (starting from the date of invoice issue). In the absence of an invoice, the installation will be deemed as taking place within a maximum of 4 weeks from the delivery of our products to the Buyer. Coloured and electronic products are guaranteed for 2 years. Spare parts are guaranteed 2 years. The Nobili Widd® 2020, Widd® 35 and Widd® 28 cartridges come with a lifetime guarantee. Standard or sample products ordered under Expo conditions may be subject to shortfall claim exclusively on the condition that the request is received by Nobili within seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery to the customer and, in any case, subject to validation by our technical service. The Nobili warranty is not renewable.

The cases listed below are covered by the guarantee:

• Casting, porosity and chrome-plating defects
• Repair or replacement of products with manufacturing defects acknowledged as such by our technical office

On the other hand, the guarantee will not be valid in the following cases:

• Errors during installation and application of the product
• Deterioration of the chromed surface due to the use of cleaning products containing acids or abrasive substances
• Presence of foreign bodies borne by water (sand, filings)
• Deterioration of the surface presenting finishes other than chrome. The duration of the products is subject to the type of care and gentle use
• Deterioration of the taps due to incorrect installation
• Incorrect use of the product
• Repairs and maintenance performed in an incorrect manner and without the prior authorisation of Nobili
